EVERY MORNING, NOON AND NIGHT, in gyms across America, you can hear the sound of a low but persistent rumble. Listen carefully and, in between the whir of the treadmill and the clank of weight plates, your ears will pick it up: the clamor of empty stomachs crying out for food.

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt took time out from their hectic celebrity schedule to do some charity work at a local Taco Bell. The most unpopular couple on The Hills and a pair that are known for their staged paparazzi photos couldn’t even make charity work seem realistic.

The pair were serving up Taco Bell “food” to help raise money for the World Hunger Relief Movement and the Bell even donated $10,000 in their name at the end of the day.
