Here's a list of the top 10 New Year's Resolutions, and some suggestions on how to keep them this year!

10. Spend more time with your family - There are a number of great things you can do here. You can devote a day, or a time of day to 'family time'. I've found some 500 great ideas from Disney in this book.

The final 2 were Helio (Indianapolis 500 champ) and Mel B (Spice Girl). Helio won!! I still wish Sabrina was in the finals. I was very disappointed with this years dancing skills.. or lack there of.

Food network purges Emeril Live. That show had been on the air for 10 years. Food Network will still be producing his Essence of Emeril show for now and will be looking for other ways to incorporate him into other specials. Emeril's response? "I have lots of new ideas cooking."

In an interview Tuesday night, Christina referred to her unborn baby as 'him'. Reports say she is due at the end of 2007 so that could be any day from here to Christmas!
