Algarve Almonds

Ingredients:

250g. icing sugar
2 clear ones
1 butter soup spoon
250g. almonds
2 flour soup spoon
cinnamon in dust

Confection:

Escalde the almonds in one pan with water to boil, after that, removes the skin and jams removing them 18 entire almonds for the decoration.
It has beaten the clear ones in castle with the sugar. Add to the flour to almonds and the cinnamon and joins the clear ones beaten, mixing carefully not to lower. Dips in grease an oven tray and it places on it spoonfuls of the preparation.
Ornament with an almond on each almendraded and has taken the average oven during 20 to 30 m.
Leaves to cool and serves.
